Final Paper SubmissionThe submission of manuscripts is closed since February 23. Decisions have been mailed out to authors on May 2, 2009. Besides accept/reject decisions, we have admitted around 6% of the submitted papers into a shepherding process to request major revisions prior to a final decision. Accepted Papers
Papers whose first author is a student (and the presenter at EUSIPCO 2009) will be automatically entered into the student paper competition. See further details below. Shepherded Papers / Major RevisionsPapers that need extra work in terms of their presentation have been entered into a shepherding process. Please complete the following steps:
Paper Layout and TemplatesDownload the pdf example. Download the LaTeX style file and example. Download example OpenDocument (.odt) and Text Document (.sxw). Download example word file. You may want to directly use the pre-formatted WORD or LaTeX templates, but you are free to use whatever word processing software you are accustomed to, provided that you closely follow the instructions appearing in the PDF example file. There will be a prize for the best student paper. To be eligible, you need to appear as first author on the paper, present the paper at the conference, and be a student. If you would like to participate, please ensure that your EDAS profile lists you as a student, and you will be entered automatically. Confirmation of your student status (by a letter from your Head of Department, or your University) will be required at the conference. |
